Thank you for shopping at Sekret Stylu. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the conditions below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order – without having to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, to the address provided after your request
❗ Custom-made or “on sale” products may not be eligible for return. This information will always be specified on the product page.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will send you the return instructions and address
- Return the product within 14 days after receiving the instructions
- Once the returned item is received and validated, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used for your purchase
4. Complaints & Damaged Products
If the product is damaged or does not match your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Send us an e-mail with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item in question
We will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution (replacement, refund, or store credit).
