Where can I find my order confirmation email?

After placing your order, we will send you two emails:

– An order confirmation email

– A shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched

If you have not received your order confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder.

If you used a phone number instead of an email address during checkout, you will not receive an order confirmation email.

In this case, please contact our customer service and provide the email address you would like to link to your order. This will allow you to receive the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long will I have to wait for my order to be shipped?

Order processing and shipping take between 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 5 business days after your order has been processed.

If the product is close to being out of stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 business days.

Rest assured, we do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Can I change my address?

If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address, you can still modify it before your order is shipped.

In some cases, minor changes can be made even after the order has been dispatched.

If you wish to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
